    Anita’s HR odyssey began at the global headquarters of a Fortune 500 company in St. Louis, Missouri, followed by a significant stint in the Philippines. These early experiences in HR essentials such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance laid a solid foundation for her illustrious career. As she progressed, Anita played critical roles in diverse sectors, including technology, healthcare, legal, and finance, gaining unique insights into each industry’s specific HR challenges. One of her notable achievements includes leading a comprehensive HR transformation initiative, which revolutionized talent acquisition, performance management, and diversity programs, significantly boosting employee retention and profitability.

    An Expert in HR, Leadership, and Employee Development

    Shannon Foster brings over 30 years of rich experience in HR Training and Leadership Development across various industries, including Healthcare, IT, and Customer Service.

    On her journey, Shannon has been an impactful HR Director and mentor, designing and implementing various learning programs tailored to organizational needs. She has played a pivotal role in onboarding new trainers through her “Train the Trainer” certification program, enabling them to deliver content with confidence and passion. Shannon’s proficiency in change management, leadership, and performance has helped numerous leaders and managers navigate challenging transitions and achieve tangible results. Her commitment to developing strong relationships reflects her belief that true leadership is about empowering others, not just oneself.
